Brittany Saye
Pre-K Lead Teacher

With 11 years of experience in early childhood education, Brittany Saye brings heart, energy, and a lifelong love of teaching to her Pre-K classroom. From the time she was a little girl playing “school” with stuffed animals, Brittany knew she wanted to work with children. Her passion only grew as she spent time in church nurseries and babysitting, eventually earning her Bachelor of Arts degree and becoming the kind of teacher kids remember for a lifetime.

Brittany loves the joy and excitement that radiates from her students as they grow and discover new things. She finds small group time especially rewarding, offering her the chance to connect one-on-one with each child and support their unique journey. Whether she’s helping a child grasp a new concept or sharing in a spontaneous laugh, Brittany’s classroom is a place where learning is fun, engaging, and full of joy.

Outside of school, Brittany lives on a farm with her husband and two boys, where they care for around 60 cattle. She enjoys gardening, planting, and the simplicity of life on the farm. A few fun facts: she’s never flown on a plane, is an only child, and loves anything by Eric Carle or Pete the Cat.

More than anything, Brittany hopes her students remember that learning doesn’t have to be hard—it can be joyful, meaningful, and something to look forward to every day.
