School Tours Available

Tours are offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We would love the opportunity to show you our school and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming your family!

Summer Camp in Session

Please note that we are currently operating our Summer Camp program, which runs from June 1 through July 24. During this time, classrooms and daily schedules may look a little different than they do during the regular school year.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Georgia Pre-K

Enrollment for our Georgia Lottery-Funded Pre-K Program opens during the second week of January for the upcoming school year. Students must be 4 years old on or before September 1 to be eligible.

A priority registration period is offered for siblings of currently enrolled students, returning (legacy) families, and children of Oconee County School System employees. Following this period, enrollment opens to Oconee County residents and then to the general public. Any remaining spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with Georgia Pre-K Program Operating Guidelines.

Enrollment requests submitted after the start of the school year will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with placement decisions guided by classroom availability and overall classroom needs.

Required Registration Documents

To complete Pre-K registration, families must submit all of the following:

  1. Child’s Birth Certificate

  2. Proof of Residency

  3. Immunization Record (Form 3231) or DPH Form 2208 Waiver

  4. Child’s Social Security Card or Social Security Waiver*

  5. Recent Photo of Child

  6. Completed ACH Authorization Form*

    ACH Form required for lunch fees and any additional program enrollments (Before School, After School, Breakfast). Allows secure electronic bank withdrawals.

  7. Completed Authorization to Dispense External Preparations*

*The Social Security Waiver, ACH Authorization Form, and Authorization to Dispense External Preparations are available under Resources → Forms.

After-School Program | Kindergarten -5th Grade

Our After-School Program provides a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children after school hours. We offer a range of activities, including homework help, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and interactive learning games. Children are encouraged to explore their interests, build social skills, and unwind in a comfortable, nurturing setting until parents are ready to pick them up.

Pre-K students do not need to register using this link. Please contact our office to enroll your child in the After-School Program.

Pre-K Prepsters (Ages 3–4)

Enrollment for our Pre-K Prepsters Program opens during the second week of January for the upcoming school year. Students must be 3 years old on or before September 1 and 3 years old by their first day of attendance to enroll.

To help ensure a smooth and successful experience, children must also be fully potty trained prior to starting the program.

Our Pre-K Prepsters class runs from August through May and is thoughtfully designed to help children build confidence, independence, and school readiness. Core instruction takes place from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, followed by a smooth transition into our after-school program, just like our Pre-K students. During the summer months, children continue learning and having fun through our engaging, play-based summer camp program.

Program Hours: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Before Care
7:00 AM – 7:30 AM
Available for families needing an early drop-off option.

After School Care
2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
We offer after-school pickup from:

  • Dove Creek Elementary School (DCES)

  • Malcom Bridge Elementary School (MBES)

  • Rocky Branch Elementary School (RBES)

Pick-up locations are subject to change each school year based on enrollment, demand, and transportation availability. Please contact our office for current transportation options.

Summer Camp

Our Summer Camp program provides full-day care filled with exciting activities, hands-on learning experiences, outdoor play, special events, and opportunities for friendship and exploration. Campers enjoy a fun, safe, and engaging environment while maintaining a structured daily routine throughout the summer.
