Caitlin Breedlove
Teacher Assistant

Now in her second year teaching preschool, Caitlin brings a heart for connection and a passion for nurturing young learners. With a Georgia Paraprofessional License and a variety of specialized trainings, she has experience working with children from kindergarten through fifth grade, as well as in daycares and after-school programs. She is committed to creating a safe, loving environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Caitlin loves the Pre-K stage because of how quickly children learn—she’s constantly amazed by their sponge-like minds and their capacity to grow. Her favorite classroom time is small groups, where she can work with students one-on-one and provide meaningful support. She especially enjoys guiding children through social-emotional learning, helping them talk through conflicts and develop important problem-solving skills.

Caitlin has a special connection to Masters Academy—she was once a student here herself in 2010! Now, she calls it home again, and considers her coworkers her best friends. She goes the extra mile to build strong relationships with students and their families, often showing up at their sporting events to cheer them on.

Outside of school, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends and hanging out with her fun and feisty two-year-old cat, Maggie.
