Jordyn Rusnak
Assistant Teacher
With six years of experience in early childhood education, Jordyn Rusnak brings kindness, creativity, and a nurturing presence to the classroom. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is passionate about helping children grow during the most formative years of their lives. For Jordyn, teaching Pre-K is not just about academics—it’s about guiding children as they discover their potential and gain confidence in who they are.
Jordyn loves nurturing her students' curiosity and creativity. You’ll often find her in the art center, encouraging children to explore, express themselves, and try new things. Her classroom is a place where students feel seen, supported, and celebrated—both in their big milestones and everyday moments. She hopes each child leaves her class feeling valued and inspired to keep learning and growing.
Outside the classroom, Jordyn enjoys cooking, drawing, reading, and hiking. A fun fact that always delights kids and parents alike—she once lived in Alaska for four years! She’s also the oldest of five siblings and has a soft spot for sloths. Her favorite children’s book is Green Eggs and Ham, a playful reminder of the joy in trying something new.
